What is the Standard International Pallet Size ?
There are a number of standard sizes for pallets being used worldwide . They vary between countries , as well as between industries. Pallet sizes differ due to the requirement to meet customers needs, retail format or perhaps to optimise newly installed warehouse automation. The standard pallet sizes used worlwide is differentiated by regions which is North America, Europe , Asia and Australia. Eventhough pallet sizes may vary considerably between the different countries and regions, much progress has been made regarding standardization and reusability. This was necessary as increased global trade neccessitated the need for standard pallet dimensions. This is now reflected in the ISO Pallet size implemented by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) which has now approved six pallet sizes and are now widely used around the globe.

Why our processed wood pallet/crate is free from fumigation and heat treatment while export?

The following articles are of sufficiently low risk to be exempted from the provisions of the ISPM15 standard:
- wood packaging material made entirely from thin wood (6 mm or less in thickness)
- wood packaging made wholly of processed wood material, such as plywood, particle board, oriented strand board or veneer that has been created using glue, heat or pressure, or a combination thereof.
- barrels for wine and spirit that have been heated during manufacture
- gift boxes for wine, cigars and other commodities made from wood that has been processed and/or manufactured in a way that renders it free of pests
- sawdust, wood shavings and wood wool
- wood components permanently attached to freight vehicles and containers.
